In 2010, the Young Directors Project presented productions from the Netherlands, France, Germany and Belgium with topics ranging from magical-musical theatre to revolutionary commentary about French democracy; from a Germanic interpretation of a Scandanavian Oedipus to the tragic world of Frankenstein’s creator Mary Shelley.
In addition to sponsorship, Montblanc generates further funds each year from each sale of the Salzburg Special Edition fountain pen “Hommage à Max Reinhardt,” making further international theatre production possible.
