How do I shop/ place an order online?

All products with the “Add to Bag” shown can be purchased online.
Once you have made your selection, click on “Add to Bag” to add the item to your shopping bag.
After making your selection, click on “Proceed to Checkout” in your shopping bag. You will then be guided through the remaining purchase process.
To place an order, you can create an account or log into your existing account, unless you have selected the “Checkout as Guest” option.

How do I shop via phone?

You can also place an order by phone with Customer Service. Please call 02 401 14 01 and our team will be happy to answer your questions from Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm.

Can I shop via a mobile application?

Montblanc.com has been optimised for use on a Smartphone. You do not need a special app to use the Montblanc.com website on a Smartphone.

HOW CAN I GET ASSISTANCE WITH SHOPPING ON MONTBLANC.COM?

ARE ALL MONTBLANC PRODUCTS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ONLINE?

The Montblanc Online Shop offers a wide range of Montblanc writing instruments, watches, leather goods, accessories and jewellery for online shopping. Refills for writing instruments and agendas can also be purchased online.

How can I inquire about the price of a product if it is not displayed on the website?

If the price is not shown for a specific product, please call our Customer Service team on 02 401 14 01 from Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm.

Can I save a product for later?

Yes, you can save products in a Wish List and then easily find them again later on. To use the Wish List, you will need to create a Customer Account.

How will I know my order has been placed?

Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an order number and email confirming receipt of your order. Please check your Spam folder if you do not receive this email in your Inbox.

Is shopping online with you secure?

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who reasonably need access to it in order to provide products or services to you. CAN I CHANGE AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

In order to request a change to an existing order please contact the Montblanc Online Shop as quickly as possible on 02 401 14 01. Our representatives are available from 9:00am to 6:00pm Mondays to Fridays.

WHERE CAN I BUY MONTBLANC PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT FOR SALE ONLINE?

Montblanc products are sold exclusively through our Montblanc Online Shop, through Montblanc boutiques and Montblanc’s retail network of authorized retailers.
