Montblanc products are sold exclusively in more than 500 Montblanc boutiques worldwide, through authorised retailers and jewellers. Please use the Montblanc Store Locator to find a boutique nearest to you.

Are all products guaranteed?

All Montblanc products receive a two year warranty which applies from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover the following: Defects (or damage) which have been caused by accidents, incorrect use, unauthorised modifications or the use of components or accessories other than those manufactured or recommended by Montblanc (e.g. inkwells or ink cartridges) and the consequences of normal wear and tear.

Do you offer a certificate of originality?

We are pleased to inform you that we offer a Certificate of Originality. The certificate is issued by the Customer Service International in Hamburg, Germany and is available in English only. A service fee will be charged.
