May I cancel, return or exchange my purchase?

You can exchange Montblanc products purchased on the website or by phone within fourteen (14) days following the day on which Montblanc sends a Confirmation of Order and ships the product.

To do this we need to organise UPS to come and pick up the parcel from you. As soon as the product has arrived back with us, and gone through a quality check, we will refund your credit card with the full amount due.

You can place a new order for the desired product at any time in the Montblanc Online Shop or by calling us on 02 401 14 01. Our representatives are available from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Mondays to Fridays.

Products that have been engraved or embossed cannot be returned to Montblanc, nor can they be exchanged.

Do I pay return shipping costs?

Montblanc will arrange for a free UPS pick-up service for any returns. Please inform the Customer Service team of your preferred pick-up location. If you decide to return the item yourself, you must ensure that it is correctly addressed and packaged sufficiently and that it is returned safely to Montblanc and not damaged or lost during transportation. How long do I have to return the product?

You can cancel your purchase agreement without stating a reason within a period of 14 days and return any items which you have purchased. The cancellation period commences after receipt of the item. You can find all information on the return process here.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

If the product is returned in its original condition and undamaged, Montblanc will refund the full purchase price. If the product is damaged or destroyed, Montblanc will deduct the costs of repair or replacement from the refund total. You can find all information on the return process here.

May I exchange or return a product that was given to me as a gift?

You can cancel your purchase agreement without stating a reason within a period of 14 days and return any items which you have purchased. The delivery number or invoice number is required to process the return. However, the sum can only be refunded using the same payment method which was used to place the order.

May I return an engraved/embossed product?

Personalised products cannot be exchanged or refunded. Personalised products are not covered by the right to cancellation.

Can I return or exchange an item in a Boutique?

For returns, please call or email our Customer Service team. Exchanges only are possible at a Montblanc Boutique.
