- Do I need to set up an account to place an order? Can I shop without an Account?
You can also place an order at Montblanc.com without setting up a customer account. Simply select "Checkout as Guest” during the order process.

- How can I make changes to my account?
To make changes to your customer account, please log into your account first. Then click on Log in/Register.
You can then view and edit your personal information under "My Account Information".
- I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your Customer Account password, please click here. We will send you a new password by email. Please check your Spam folder if you do not receive this email directly to your Inbox.
- I cannot access my account. What should I do?
If you are unable to log on using your account, please make sure that you have entered your email address and password correctly. You can change your password if you need to via “Forgotten your password?”. If you need help, please call us on 03455 040111, Monday to Friday 8am and 5pm.
- How do I subscribe to your emails or newsletters?
If you subscribe to the newsletter, you will receive regular updates on Montblanc products, events and news. To order the newsletter, please click here.
- HOW DO I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM YOUR MAILINGS OR NEWSLETTERS?
You can edit your subscription settings by logging in to “My Account” on the Montblanc website.
