- Do you offer gift wrapping?
Montblanc Online Shop purchases are presented in the signature Montblanc box or other special packaging and they are all gift-wrapped. The only exceptions are calendar, notebook and ink refills. At the checkout you have the option of adding a complimentary gift message for each item ordered. The gift card is enclosed in an envelope. If you choose not to write a gift message, a blank card will be included.
- May I include a personal gift message with my purchase?
For each item in your order (excluding refills), you can add a complimentary personal message card during the purchase process. A blank card is always enclosed with your order even if you choose not to write a personal message.
- Is engraving/embossing available online?
Engraving is available online as a complimentary service on writing instruments. Embossing is currently only available via the Customer Service Centre. If you wish to have your Montblanc writing instrument engraved, please follow the instructions detailed in the shopping process on the website or contact Montblanc Customer Service on 020 47 02 151.
Please note: Products that have been engraved cannot be returned to Montblanc for exchange or refund.
- How much does it cost to have a product engraved/embossed?
If you order a new product which includes engraving/embossing from Montblanc.com, this service will be free of charge. Additional costs will be incurred for the subsequent engraving/embossing of an item purchased earlier. For subsequent engraving/embossing, please contact a Montblanc Boutique or an authorised retailer in your area.

- What is the colour of the engraving?
Engraving colour is always carried out to match the writing instrument. For a writing instrument with gold coloured fittings, for example, the engraving is infilled in a gold colour.
