Anyone showing great application and commitment or excellent performance during their placement has the opportunity to take part in the Youngstars@Montblanc trainee retention program.
Montblanc maintains contact with former trainees through the Youngstars program and informs them in advance of attractive positions that have to be filled before they are advertised externally. There is also the option of doing the Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the company. Participants can also expect special events at regular intervals. Montblanc’s claim is to offer hopeful talented recruits something that cannot be bought with money. Something special – just like the company itself!
Entry to the Youngstars program is on the basis of a personal recommendation from the department in which the placement was worked and a one-day assessment session.
