How do I have my item repaired?

You may bring your product to any Montblanc Boutique or send it directly to the Montblanc Repair Centre by contacting the Montblanc Customer Service Centre at 1-800-995-4810. Our representatives are available from 8:00AM to 8:00PM EST Monday through Friday and 9:00AM to 6:00PM EST on Saturday. Or email Customer Service at service@montblanc.com.
