The Personnel Management department is responsible for global strategic personnel policy on the one hand and the operational aspects of personnel in the various countries on the other. It includes the entire value chain:
staff strategy, staff planning and control, staff marketing, staff recruitment and staff development using our own academy, organizational development and staff administration. Consequently, personnel management works with all departments.
Staff in the personnel department oversee and advise specialist departments and must therefore communicate in various languages at all levels.
Independent working, creative thinking, specialist and social skills help in developing strategy-compliant personnel concepts. Integrity, reliability, accurate working and a good grasp of business complete the skills profile.
