How do I create an account?

Create your own customer account to take advantage of many different benefits, such as management of your personal data and storage of your delivery addresses or wish list. As a registered customer, you can also complete your orders faster and track their status.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order? Can I shop without an account?

You can also place an order on Montblanc.com without setting up a customer account. Simply select "Checkout as guest” after completing your order.However, a customer account offers you a wide range of benefits, such as management of your personal data, storage of your delivery addresses or wish list. As a registered customer, you can also complete your orders faster and track their status.

How can I make changes to my account?

To make changes to your customer account, please log into your account first. Then click on Log in/Register.

You can then view and edit your personal information under "My Account Information".

 

I forgot my password. What should I do?

If you have forgotten your Customer Account password, please click here. We will send you a new password by email. Please check your Spam folder if you do not receive this email.

I cannot access my account. What should I do?

If you are unable to log into your account, please make sure that you have entered your email address and password correctly. You can change your password if you need to via “Forgotten your password?” If you need help, please call us at the following number from Monday to Friday between 10AM to 8PM ET: 1-800-995-4810.

How do I subscribe to your emails or newsletters?
