Can I include a personal gift message with my purchase?

For each item in your order (excluding refills), you can add a personal message to a gift card free of charge when you complete your purchase. A blank card is always enclosed with your order even if you choose not to write a personal message.

How much does it cost to have a product engraved/embossed?

If you order a new product that includes engraving/embossing from Montblanc.com, this service will be free of charge. Additional costs will be incurred for the subsequent engraving/embossing of an item purchased earlier. For subsequent engraving/embossing, please contact a Montblanc boutique or an authorized dealer in your area.

What is the color of the engraving?

Engraving is always carried out to match the writing instrument. For a writing instrument with golden-colored fittings, for example, the engraving is also made in a gold color.
Please note our white writing instruments are filled in black by default unless the client requests otherwise. We also do not have red gold to match the red gold fittings.
