- Do I pay the return shipping costs?
No. With every order Montblanc will add a pre-paid retrun label. Refills are excluded.For more information on the return process, please refer to our conditions of sales.
- How long do I have to return the product?
You can cancel your purchase agreement without stating a reason within a period of 14 days and return any items which you have purchased. The cancellation period commences after receipt of the item. You can find all information on the return process here.
- Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
If the product is returned in its original condition and is undamaged, Montblanc will refund the full purchase price. If the product is damaged or destroyed, Montblanc will deduct the costs of repair or replacement from the refund total. You can find all information on the return process here.
- Can I exchange or return a product that was given to me as a gift?
You can cancel your purchase agreement without stating a reason within a period of 14 days and return any items that you have purchased. The delivery number or invoice number is required to process the return. However, the sum can only be refunded using the same payment method that was used to place the order.
Please note that personalized products such as engraved writing instruments cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Can I return an engraved/embossed product?
Personalized products cannot be exchanged or refunded. Personalized products are not covered by the right of cancellation.
- Can I return or exchange an item at a Boutique?
For returns, please call or email our Customer Service team at 1-800-995-4810. Unfortunately returns or exchanges at a boutique are not possible.
