Where do I find a list of vacant positions?
You will find the list in the online application area of the Web site. You must register and submit your candidate profile. You must do this in order to search for jobs at Richemont.com. Under “Search and apply” you can search vacant positions listed according to country, brand or specialist field. You have the opportunity to apply immediately for posts that interest you. Simply follow the instructions to submit your application online
What are the benefits of registering a candidate profile?
A candidate profile means you can use the many benefits of the online application service:
• Compiling and managing your profile so that it is always up-to-date
• Searching for jobs and applying
• Receiving alerts about jobs that match your profile
How can I apply on my own initiative?
Log on to the e-recruitment tool, submit your candidate profile and state which department of Montblanc interests you.
How can I be kept informed of vacant positions?
When you are logged on, you can arrange to receive alerts about vacant positions that match your profile.
How long does my candidate profile stay online?
As long as you log on regularly, your profile remains active for 12 months. If you have not visited the Web site for 12 months, you will then receive an e-mail informing you that your profile expires the following month. If you then log in again, it will be active for the next 12 months.
How do I register a password?
Passwords must be at least 6 characters long, and for optimum security must contain at least one digit (0-10) and at least one letter. Example: one7example. Passwords are case-sensitive.
How do I change my password or username?
You can change your password in your candidate profile. Click on “Change password” under “Manage profile”. You will be prompted to provide your previous password and then enter a new one that complies with the requirements detailed above. It must be different from your last 5 passwords. Note down your new password because it will not be confirmed by e-mail. To change your username, log onto your candidate profile and click on “Manage profile” and then “Change username”. This will not be confirmed by e-mail either.
I have forgotten my password
You will be given a new password via the “Forgotten password” link. You will be asked to provide your e-mail address. You new password will be sent to you. Use the e-mail address that you provided in your profile.
How can I change the language setting?
In your candidate profile, go to “Manage profile” and then choose “Personal settings” from the menu. You can then select your preferred language from a choice of English, French or German. So that the language selection is registered, you must then change the language setting in your browser. You can also choose to receive e-mails and letters in English, French or German.
I am having problems using the e-recruitment site. What can I do?
We recommend you try the following:
1. Check whether you can access other internet sites. If you can, then consult the error message information on our Web site
2. If there is a message such as “network error message” (or “Netzwerkfehler”) it could be that you are visiting our site from a network that blocks access.
3. If individual content such as job offers or candidate overview contains unclean data, it can be due to your browser's pop-up blocker. We suggest you switch off the blocker and change your browser settings.
How safe is my personal information?
Very safe. Consult our data protection declaration for candidates. Your personal information is stored in a secure, locked HTTPS environment carrying official accreditation. You must accept this data protection declaration before you can submit your candidate details.
