Anyone showing great application and commitment and displaying outstanding achievements during their placement has the opportunity to take part in the Youngstars@Montblanc trainee retention programme.
Montblanc maintains contact with former trainees through the Youngstars programme and informs them in advance of attractive positions that have to be filled before they are advertised externally. There is also the option of doing the Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the company. Participants can also expect special events at regular intervals. Montblanc's claim is to offer hopeful talented recruits something that cannot be bought with money. Something special – just like the company itself!
Entry to the Youngstars programme is on the basis of a personal recommendation from the department in which the placement was worked and a one-day assessment session.
