Once you have made your selection, click on “Add to Bag” to add the item to your shopping bag.
After making your selection, click on “Proceed to Checkout” in your shopping bag. You will then be guided through the remaining purchase process.
To place an order, you can create an account or log into your existing account, unless you have selected the “Checkout as Guest” option.

For online purchases we accept payment by credit card and Paypal. The credit cards that can be used are MasterCard and Visa. If you would like to use American Express please contact the Customer Service Centre on 08455 040111.
The CVV or security code is an added security feature which is printed on the back of most MasterCard and Visa cards. This three-digit security code is an additional safeguard to ensure the user who has placed an order online is the actual card holder.

Payments can only be made in GB Pounds Sterling.
Unfortunately it is not possible to spread payments across different cards.

Your debit/ credit card or other payment method will not be charged until your order has been dispatched. However, your account may already show that the sum has been debited immediately after making the order. This is a payment pre-authorisation only.
Items that are bought in our online-shop or on the phone cannot be refunded for VAT. Please visit one of our Montblanc boutiques or an authorized retailer instead.

This is only a pre-authorisation for a validity check and a fee of £1 is temporarily held for payment on your credit card. This sum will be cancelled automatically after a few days. The time it takes to cancel this fee will depend on the respective credit card institute.

Our parcels are shipped using UPS. There are two different delivery options to choose from:
STANDARD DELIVERY
For orders of £50.00 and above standard delivery is free of charge. For orders below £50.00 delivery cost is £10.00. The estimated delivery lead time is 2-3 working days. Please note however that there are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
Orders that are received before 11am Monday to Friday will be delivered the next day. There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Delivery cost for Express delivery is £25.00 per order. Please be advised that express shipping is not available for orders containing fragrances.
Orders that are placed over the weekend or on public bank holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
We only deliver to addresses in the UK, excluding the Channel Islands. We do not deliver to packing stations, hotels or postboxes.

Yes, you can arrange for your order to be delivered to a Montblanc boutique in your area and pick it up from there. Please select "Free delivery to a boutique" when choosing the shipping method. You will receive an email notifying you as soon as your order has arrived.
We use UPS to ship your ordered items. You can choose between two delivery options:
Standard delivery
Standard delivery is free when you order goods with a minimum value of £50. For goods with a value below £50, a shipping fee of £10 will apply. Delivery is generally carried out within 2 to 3 working days. Please note that orders are not dispatched on a Saturday or Sunday.
Express delivery
If we have received and processed your order between before 12 Noon Monday - Friday, you should receive your order on the following working day (not including Saturday/Sundays and Bank Holidays). The shipping cost for Express delivery is £25.
Please note that Express delivery is not possible for orders containing fragrance.
Orders submitted during a weekend or on Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

No, an engraving will not take any longer than normal or delay the delivery time. Our estimated lead times are as follows:
Orders that are received after 12am Monday to Friday will not be processed until the following business day. Saturday and Sunday are not considered as regular business days with respect to estimated delivery lead times. Orders that are placed over the weekend or on public bank holidays will be processed the following business day.
All Montblanc products (except refills and large leather items) receive complimentary gift wrapping. Please select the corresponding option for gift wrapping when you place your order.
An invoice is issued for every order placed at Montblanc.com. This invoice will be attached to your shipping confirmation and emailed to you automatically.
All orders placed at Montblanc.com are shipped via UPS.
You can exchange Montblanc products purchased on the website or by phone within fourteen (14) days following the day on which Montblanc sends a Confirmation of Order and ships the product.
To do this we need to organise UPS to come and pick up the parcel from you. As soon as the product has arrived back with us, and gone through a quality check, we will refund your credit card with the full amount due.
You can place a new order for the desired product at any time in the Montblanc Online Shop or by calling us on 03455 040111. Our representatives are available from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Mondays to Fridays.
Products that have been engraved or embossed cannot be returned to Montblanc, nor can they be exchanged.
Montblanc will arrange for a free UPS pick-up service for any returns. Please inform the Customer Service team of your preferred pick-up location. If you decide to return the item yourself, you must ensure that it is correctly addressed and packaged sufficiently and that it is returned safely to Montblanc and not damaged or lost during transportation. You can cancel your purchase agreement without stating a reason within a period of 14 days and return any items which you have purchased. The cancellation period commences after receipt of the item. You can find all information on the return process here.
If the product is returned in its original condition and undamaged, Montblanc will refund the full purchase price. If the product is damaged or destroyed, Montblanc will deduct the costs of repair or replacement from the refund total. You can find all information on the return process here.
Personalised products cannot be exchanged or refunded. Personalised products are not covered by the right to cancellation.
