Montblanc Star Legacy Moonphase 42 mm
3.920,00

The Montblanc Star Legacy product line takes its inspiration from Minerva’s heritage and the company’s pocket watches that were made during the late 19th century and early 20th century. The Montblanc Star Legacy Moonphase features a refined moonphase complication, which is appreciated by watch aficionados for its utility, technical prowess and beauty. Displayed in an aperture at 6 o’clock, the moonphase combined with a date brings elegant and refined proportions to the dial. Respecting the Montblanc Star Legacy design codes, the timepiece features elegant leaf-shaped hands, an exploding Montblanc star guilloché pattern, onion-shaped crown, railway minute track, filet sauté (up and down guilloché lines) and redesigned Arabic numerals reminiscent of historical Minerva pocket watches. The timepiece is housed in a 42 mm round stainless steel case which features refined curved horns with facets. The distinguished appearance is completed by a slate grey dial with a matching grey calf leather strap with alligator print.

History

  • Craftsmanship

Montblanc watchmaking is built on a unique set-up that brings two manufactures together, based in Le Locle and in Villeret, in the Swiss Jura mountains.

  • 1858

The Montblanc watchmaking story began in 1858 when Mr. Charles-Ivan Robert founded a watch workshop in Villeret. This marked the beginning of the historic Minerva era.

  • 2021

Today, Montblanc timepieces continue the journey of over 160 years of Minerva history through four fine watchmaking product lines: Star Legacy, Bohème, 1858 and Heritage, all linking the past and the present through design, style, and technical innovation.
