You can return/exchange Montblanc products purchased on the website or by phone within fourteen (14) days following the day on which Montblanc sends a Confirmation of Order and ships the product.
To do this, please follow the following steps:
i) Call the Client Relations Center at 1-844-774-4810 to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number is required prior to returning any product to Montblanc,
ii) Fill out the required information, list the applicable Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the return form included in the package and sign it,
iii) Include the completed return form with the product, all its accessories, the Product User Guide, the Warranty Card and all other documents, in its original box and delivery package,
iv) Seal the delivery package and affix the pre-paid delivery label to it,
v) Bring the package to the carrier location or arrange pick-up.
As soon as the product has arrived back with us, and gone through a quality check, we will refund your credit card with the full amount due.
Products that have been engraved or embossed cannot be returned/exchanged to Montblanc.
