Does Montblanc Summit 2 have Bluetooth?
Yes, Montblanc Summit 2 uses Bluetooth to pair with your phone during setup and to stay connected with the phone.
However, the Bluetooth connection between phone and watch is made exclusively using the Wear OS by Google app.

Is my phone compatible with Montblanc Summit 2?
Montblanc Summit 2 is powered by Wear OS which works with iPhone (minimum requirement: iOS 9.3) and Android™ smartphones (minimum requirement: Android 4.4, excluding Go edition). To check if your phone is compatible, visit g.co/wearcheck with the browser on your phone.

How do I pair my watch with my phone for the first time?
Turn on your watch by long-pressing the crown button. On your phone, download and open the Wear OS app by Google and start the setup. Then, tap the name of the watch and follow the instructions to pair the watch with your phone.For further information, please visit the Wear OS website for additional support.
My watch does not stay connected to my phone.
Please note that your phone needs to be in range and the Wear OS app needs to be open (actively or in the background) on your phone. On your phone, turn the Bluetooth off and on and make sure that your watch is not in airplane mode.If you are still experiencing connectivity problems, please visit the Wear OS website for additional support.
I am experiencing problems to re-pair my watch to my phone.
If your watch no longer connects with your phone, please delete and re-install the Wear OS app.
- On Android phones: go into your phone's Bluetooth setting to remove Summit 2 from your phone’s saved device list. Then open the Wear OS by Google app and try to pair your watch again.
- On iPhones: go into your phone's Bluetooth setting to remove Summit 2 from your phone’s saved device list. Then do a factory reset of the watch via Settings > System > Disconnect and Reset. Finally, close and re-open the Wear OS app and try to pair your watch again. For further information, please visit the Wear OS website for additional support.
How can I connect my watch to Wi-Fi?
If you are an Android user, all saved Wi-Fi Networks will automatically be connected on the watch.
For iPhone users, this connection needs to be manually established. On the watch, swipe down from the top of the screen and access settings.
Scroll down and tap Connectivity > Wi-Fi > Add network. To enter a password, tap "Enter password on phone". When prompted, enter the password on your phone, and then tap connect.
