Nicknamed ‘The Greatest’, Muhammad Ali shook up the world with his strength, skill and charisma. Winning gold at the 1960 Summer Games in Rome at just 18 years old, he went on to be crowned heavyweight boxing champion of the world three times – a rare achievement. His greatest triumph, however, was his activism; sacrificing a long period of his career to stand up for what he believed in, Ali used his fame to advocate for civil rights and peace.
