Cardio Coach

Live coaching advice and personalised workout recommendations based on your current fitness level. It tracks your progress and adjusts accordingly so that you can improve your fitness at your own pace for healthy and long-lasting results.

Utilising your sleep, activity, and stress data, the Body Energy app tracks your mental and physical energy levels. By seeing how different behaviours affect your energy levels, you can begin to optimise your daily energy use.

Relying on detailed tracking of your sleep, the app issues personalised recommendations to improve your sleep quality and, thus, daily energy level. With a better understanding of your sleeping patterns, you can take active steps to improve them.
