Returns

You can return any item purchased on the Montblanc e-boutique within 30 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:

  1. Fill out the Return Form in order to get a Return Number. 
  2. Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
  3. Fill out 5 copies of the Returns Proforma Invoice that came with your parcel. If the forms are not complete, the package will not pass Customs and will be returned to you. Please note that this document is not required for Hong Kong, SAR of China.
  4. Use the Return Label included with your order for easy shipping.
  5. For Macau only: If the total return value is over 5,000 MOP, you are required to fill out the Export Declaration Form. To prevent any unnecessary delays, please obtain by your own the blank form on Macau Customs Service: fill it out and hand the original document (with 3 ply) to the courier when collecting your parcel. This is how the completed Declaration Form should look like.

Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country/region they were purchased from. 

Personalised Montblanc products cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

We would like to inform you that fragrances are non-refundable.

Purchases made from November 1st through December 20th will have an extended return policy. Your orders can be returned until January 17th 2025 or within 30 days of delivery.

Currently, the only way to exchange a product is to return it and make a new order.

We are glad you have decided to keep your purchase. Don't worry, you don't have to do anything and there is no need to contact us.

We are very sorry to hear about the loss of one of your Montblanc earrings or cufflinks. We do not replace single earrings or cufflinks as they are only sold in pairs.

You can certainly use a different courier than the one that delivered the package, except for EMS. Please send the return to the following address:

Keep in mind that if you do not use our return label, the Montblanc e-boutique is not responsible for any theft or loss during transport; therefore, we suggest you choose a trackable shipping service. 
If you use your own return method, no return fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you have lost the pre-paid return label, just contact us and we will provide you with a new one.

For Hong Kong, SAR of China returns, please book the return pick-up on the S.F. Express website as follows:

  1. Enter your address and contact details
  2. Insert the following recipient address:

  3. Select the "Please contact the courier or send the shipment on your own" option and click on "I agree"
  4. Indicate the sender’s phone number to receive an SMS verification code and enter it to log in
  5. To complete the procedure, select "Credit account" and insert 8526903069
  6. Enter the content information and print your return e-waybill
  7. Contact the courier at 852 273 00 273 to arrange the pick-up of your package.

You can check the status of your return at any time on the Follow your Return page by entering the return number from your return label. Please make sure to write down this number or take a picture of the return label before sending the creation back. 

We recommend to use the respective pre-paid labels to return the creations of each order separately so that the return process is as smooth and quick as possible. You can find more information about our return procedures on the Return Policy page.

Refunds

For security reasons, we cannot refund a credit card that is different from the one used for the purchase.

If the order was paid with PayPal or a credit card, the amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made. For security reasons, we are not authorised to refund a different account.
