From the classic Meisterstück to the personalized one-off from our Artisan Atelier, they incorporate the art and cultural heritage of the written word. Our leather goods are made in Scandicci, on the banks of the Arno River between Florence and Pisa, where the best leather craftsmen in the world have been working for centuries. The best of the best there transform leather into timeless art for us. Our timepieces are created in the watchmaking heartland of Switzerland, in Le Locle and Villeret. And that's how they tick: perfectly built, with the highest degree of precision and accuracy, for generations to come. At all these sites, craftsmanship is our common language and excellence our hallmark.

Our creative and design team, under the visionary leadership of our Artistic Director, is as international, as diverse and multifaceted as the culture of Europe in which it is at home: In the metropolises of the world, Switzerland, Italy and France, we draw from a wide variety of sources, gathering inspiration from contemporary design and urban avant-garde, from high and popular culture, as well as from old and new art. There is only one thing we do not accept: The restriction by categories! We bridge, merge and unite them through artistry, creativity, stylistic confidence and taste to create unique designs of cosmopolitan sophistication. The result: innovative and iconic products that are both: timeless and style-defining.

Our retail business, with its exclusive boutiques around the world, is the heart of our sales activities and the calling card of our brand. No matter where in the world, as soon as our clients enter a Montblanc boutique, they feel part of the family and have their interests at the absolute center. Half of our entire team, work in retail and care about it. They are the true experts and passionate ambassadors of our products and brand. They create an exceptional client experience with their enthusiasm, knowledge and sophistication. Our boutiques are the place where our values are manifested and directly experienced, and where we cultivate the intense relationship with our clients in a highly personal and individual way – the place where our Client Obsession is expressed in the purest way.
