The Meisterstück Le Petit Prince Solitaire LeGrand Fountain Pen is inspired by the little prince’s planet: synonym of care, love, laughter and a meaningful life. The writing instrument features a wooden cap and barrel stained in a burgundy colour, with the cap engraved with the little prince's stars. The signature gold-coated central rings feature the Montblanc brand name and the clip is embellished with a yellow lacquered star. The writing instrument is finished with a hand-crafted Au750 / 18K solid gold bi-coloured nib, rhodium-coated and signature gold-coated, garnished with the Petit Prince's rose drawing, a symbol of love between the two characters. With signature gold and/or signature gold-coating, Montblanc describes the enlightened shade of yellow gold which has become an appreciated tone for the Maison’s Writing Instruments.
