Product description: Montblanc Heritage Automatic

Inspired by historical Minerva classic wristwatches from the 1940s and 1950s, the Heritage product line combines the elegance of watchmaking's past with today’s bold design codes and technology. The Montblanc Heritage Automatic comes in a 40 mm Au 750/1000 rose gold case with a sophisticated smoked-caramel-coloured dial adorned with rose gold-coated applied Arabic numerals, dots as indexes and hands that are enhanced with Super-LumiNova*. The Montblanc Heritage Automatic is powered by Montblanc’s MB 24.27 automatic movement and is equipped with a brown Sfumato alligator strap coming from the Richemont Pelletteria in Florence, Italy.

History

The following module is a scrolling parallax. Titles, texts, images and videos will be highlighted in the parallax when you scroll through the page.
  • Montblanc watchmaking is built on a unique set-up that brings two manufactures together, based in Le Locle and in Villeret, in the Swiss Jura mountains.
  • The Montblanc watchmaking story began in 1858 when Mr. Charles-Ivan Robert founded a watch workshop in Villeret. This marked the beginning of the historic Minerva era.
  • Today, Montblanc timepieces continue the journey of over 160 years of Minerva history through four fine watchmaking product lines: Star Legacy, Bohème, 1858 and Heritage, all linking the past and the present through design, style, and technical innovation.
