Our Sales team is constantly seeking opportunities and finding sales channels in order to accelerate product success and growth within Montblanc. While never losing sight of targets and numbers, we have a flair for understanding markets, customers and partners. In this endeavour we collaborate closely with the teams from International Marketing, Category Management, Logistics and Management.
Our committed employees provide the basis to ensure that every first customer contact begins with an exceptional purchase experience: in over 400 boutiques in some 150 countries, in the stores of our retail partners and on the company’s own website. We ensure that Montblanc demonstrates its presence wherever our customers are: in duty free shops on land, on water and in the air, and in our online shops. Of course, we also focus on the proper training of our team. This is delivered by our own academy that acts as an internal training competence centre for our international network.
