What options do I have to track my fitness?
You can measure your heart rate, active time, calories burnt, steps taken and distance covered using GPS. The Montblanc Fitness Coach app enables you to trace your Fitness goals and receive individual coaching to achieve your personal goals.
The Fit apps further complement your healthy lifestyle with challenges and the option to track your walks, runs, bike rides, strength training.
What is the Running Coach and how do I use it?
The Workout Coach evaluates your current fitness level, allows you to set targets, giving you an individual training plan, and allowing to monitor your progress.
How can I get a workout plan in the Running Coach App?
When you go into the app, you enter your details and set your target. You have the choice between: Improve your Health, Boost your Fitness, and Prepare for a Race.
You will then be directed to the "Workout Recommendation" screen which instructs you to do your first run to evaluate your current Fitness score.
After that, you will receive personalized information regarding your recommended workout routine.
