The clip features a red lacquered diamond card suit and the cone is engraved with a pattern inspired by Princess Aouda's jewellery and the card suits, representing Mr. Fogg's wager to make the journey in 80 day. The cap top is embossed with the length of the journey, 25 days from Bombay to Yokohama and 80 days in total. The writing instrument is finished with a hand-crafted 14K gold nib garnished with the hot air balloon with 20/10 and 14/11: Mr Foggs leaves Bombay at 20:00 on 20 October and leaves Yokohama at 18:00 on 14 November.
