You will need to contact the Montblanc Client Relations Centre within 30 days. The Montblanc Client Relations Centre will contact you to organize the pickup of your purchase at your preferred address.
Only creations purchased through the UAE e-Boutique may be returned or exchanged through the UAE e-Boutique.
Creations that have been engraved, embossed or modified may not be returned or exchanged.

Alternatively, you can visit one of our Montblanc boutiques in the UAE to proceed with the return or exchange of your purchase.
Should you decide to return your Montblanc creation to a boutique, please note that in exchange you will receive a merchandise credit equal to the value of your creation. This merchandise credit will be valid in any Montblanc boutique in the UAE.
