Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday until 10pm.
Same Day Delivery, if you place your order before 4pm (Monday – Saturday).
Next Day Delivery, if you placed your order after 4pm (Monday – Friday).
Orders placed on Sunday will be delivered in 1-2 working days.
In cases of unavailability, order timings may vary from 1-2 days.
Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain)
Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday until 10pm.
Next Day Delivery, if you placed your order before 8pm (Monday – Friday).
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered in 1-3 working days.
In cases of unavailability, order timings may vary from 1-3 days.

Delivery may be complimentary depending on active promotions – more information available within the product page.
Our delivery costs are flat and there are no extra costs at delivery.
Our courier delivers from Monday to Saturday up until 11pm and will make two delivery attempts. After the second failed attempt, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.
All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.
CAN I CHOOSE A DELIVERY DATE OR TIME?
It's not possible to choose your preferred delivery date and time during our online checkout.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP MY ORDER FROM?
Your order will be shipped from our distribution centre in Dubai and may also be shipped from our boutiques.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED YET?
If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, we suggest that you:
Check that the address indicated for the delivery is correct.
In the case of a missed delivery please contact the courier.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
At this time we are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes and courier lockers.
Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled. The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different country site than the delivery address will be automatically cancelled. Please select the correct country site for your order from the link in the corner of every page.
Please note that shipping to remote locations and islands may take a few extra days.
