We are pleased to assist you in case your Montblanc creation should be in need of service.  To submit your repair request, please bring your creation to a Montblanc boutique or authorized retailer near you. Your creation will then be sent to our service center.

A direct sending to the head office' service center is only possible in case no customs procedures are involved. For some EU countries (DE/AT/ES/PT/NL/BE/LU/FR/IT) we offer the sending of a service kit which consists of a foldable box and a UPS pre-paid label. If you wish to send your creation from one of these countries you may request your service kit on our website. Please note that the service kit can only be used for watches and writing instruments.
Should you opt to send it in directly, we strongly recommend you use strong protective packaging and insured parcel delivery. Please send your Montblanc creation safely protected during transportation and with insured packaging so you can make sure if and when the parcel has been safely delivered.

We offer personalisation services for many writing instruments, leather creations as well as for our in-ear headphones. For online purchases, we offer free personalization that can be customized and added directly during purchase process on our website. If you buy a creation at a Montblanc boutique and would like to personalise your creation at the moment of purchase, the personalization also will be done free of charge.

For writing instruments we generally  offer 13 characters for cap engraving and 3 characters for clip engraving. You can explore engraving options for your creation during purchase process on the website and select the typography online with the help of the virtual mock-up of your creation. If the engraving options offered on the website are not sufficient for you  (for instance, if you wish a multi-line engraving or a left-handed engraving), we invite you to contact our Montblanc ambassadors directly to explore more personalization options for your creation.

Please note that some creations can not be personalized. To learn if your creation can be personalized, contact us online or visit a Montblanc boutique or authorized retailer of your choice.
Please note that personalised creations cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

You can check the status of your order and track its delivery at any time. Enter the Order Number that you received via email in the Follow your Order page.  

You can also check the status of your order directly on www.ups.com. Please enter the tracking number you received  with the shipping confirmation email to see the progress of your delivery.
