SERVICE KIT
Send your Montblanc writing instrument or timepiece to our Montblanc service center for service.
1. Contact us
If you wish to receive a pre-paid service kit, please fill the service request webform and click on submit.
2. Prepare your service kit
After you receive the service kit:
- Take a photo of your Montblanc creation for your records
- Follow the instructions in the service kit
- Enclose a printed copy of your confirmation e-mail
- Enclose a printed & duly signed copy of the Service Request Form
- Kindly enclose a copy of the duly filled warranty card or copy of your purchase invoice if a warranty is applicable
3. Shipping
Please send your service kit containing your Montblanc creation via a DHL access point.
4. Diagnosis & Cost estimate
When we receive your Montblanc product in our service centre, we will do a careful diagnosis to evaluate the required service.
In case a cost estimate is required, you will receive a formal offer by e-mail detailing the required service.
5. Service
The approved service will be completed based on the service request webform or on the basis of a cost estimate if provided. Please note that once the service has been carried out, we do not send back defective or exchanged spare parts.
In case you refuse the cost estimate, your Montblanc creation will be returned to you in the same condition it was received in.
6. Payment
You will be notified upon completion of service and final quality assurance. At that time, you will be invited to finalise the payment.
In case the completed service was under warranty or commercial gratuity no payment is required.
7. Delivery
Once payment for the dedicated service is confirmed, your Montblanc will be prepared for shipment to your designated delivery address.
