Augmented Paper (null)
Your Augmented Paper comes with a nib removal tool in the form of tweezers. Use the tweezers to pull your ink cartridge out. To refill your ink, simply insert another cartridge in the tip and push to make sure it stays in.
Before cleaning the device, disconnect the device from any power source and switch it off. Only use a soft cloth and apply soft pressure when cleaning.
Repairs or exchanges for the writing instrument and/or leather envelope are available under warranty for certain defects.
If you have lost your writing instrument, you can request a new one (subject to charge) by contacting the boutique or authorized dealer of your choice or our Customer Service team.
We offer an engraving service for the Montblanc StarWalker writing instrument.
We also offer embossing service for your leather digitizer.

We recommend using the Montblanc Augmented Paper Notebook which will guarantee that Augmented Paper functions properly and fits seamlessly in the Augmented Paper leather envelope. However, you may use many types of paper.
