Please do not drop, burn, puncture, crush, disassemble, or expose your Montblanc MB 01 or MTB 03 headphones or the MTB 03 charging case to excessive force, heat, liquid or moisture. Stop using the earphones or its accessories in case they are damaged.

The Montblanc MB 01 are not water-resistant and should not be exposed to excessive amounts of moisture, including water or other liquids. The Montblanc MTB 03 are classified according to IPX4. This means that the earphones are sweat and splash-resistant. They are suitable for nonwater sport activities and for exercising. However, please note that the earphones are not sweat- or waterproof. A jet of water or other liquids (e.g. heavy sweating) will penetrate the earphones and exposure should therefore be avoided. Over time, IPX4 protection can decrease as a result of normal use. The MTB 03 charging case is not water or sweat resistant. Therefore, do not expose the charging case to water, rain, liquids or snow. Do not charge wet earphones. Before charging, dry wet earphones with a lint-free and dry cloth.

To clean your Montblanc headphones, follow these steps: - Remove the earphones from the power supply. - Clean the earphones on a regular basis with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. - Do not apply force or excessive pressure. - Do not use any liquids or cleaning products.

In case of damage or for spare parts please contact the Montblanc customer service or your local Montblanc boutique. We generally do not offer repairs for Montblanc Headphones. In case of lost or broken components, please check the availabity of these components on the website or contact our Customer Service team/Montblanc boutique or authorized dealer of your choice.
