HOW TO OBTAIN A SERVICE KIT
You may request a repair or care service in-person or online.
For in-person, bring your Montblanc product to a Montblanc boutique. Please use our Store Locator tool to find your nearest boutique.
For online, you can request a repair online with our authorized repair partner My Jewelry Repair for your Montblanc item by clicking here to get started.
Please follow the packing and shipping instructions found in the link above. Generally, we recommend that any shipments to us include certified delivery and insurance. We are not liable for any lost or stolen items.
In order to obtain a repair service covered under warranty, the Montblanc product must be accompanied with a copy of the International Guarantee Certificate found on the back of the Service Guide that was included with the product at the time of purchase, duly completed, dated, stamped and signed by an authorized Montblanc boutique or authorized Montblanc dealer. If the product was purchased on Montblanc.com, please include a copy of the Warranty Card that was included with the product at the time of purchase.
1. Request a Service Kit

In case you wish to receive a pre-paid service kit, please duly fill the service request webform and submit. Please consult our Conditions of Sales for the full terms and conditions.
2. Prepare your service kit
After you received the service kit:
- Take a photo of your Montblanc creation for your records
- Follow the instruction inside the service kit
- Enclose a printed copy of the confirmation e-mail
- Enclose a printed & duly signed copy of the Service Request Form
- Kindly enclose a copy the duly filled warranty card or copy of your purchase invoice if warranty is applicable
3. Shipping
Please send you service kit with your Montblanc creation inside using the shipping label provided.
4. Diagnosis & Cost estimate
When we receive your Montblanc product in our service centre, we will do a careful diagnosis to evaluate the required service.
In case a cost estimate is required, you will receive by e-mail a formal offer with the required service.
5. Service
The approved service will be completed based on the service request webform or on the basis of a cost estimate if provided.
In case your will refuse the cost estimate your Montblanc creation will be returned to you in the same condtion it was received.
6. Payment
You will be notifed once the service and final quality controls are passed to proceed with the payment.
In case the completed service was under warranty or commercial gratuity no payment is required.
7. Delivery
Once we received the payment for the completed service, your Montblanc creation will be prepared for shipping to your delivery address.
