Montblanc e-boutique offers guaranteed delivery by December 24th for your gifts.

Choose your preferred delivery option:

  • STANDARD DELIVERY: Complete your order by December 16th at 12 pm EST.
  • EXPRESS DELIVERY: Complete your order by December 19th at 12 pm EST.

If your order contains personalized items, please make sure to complete it one working day before the above-mentioned dates to receive it by 24 December.

If you want to add a touch of personalization, your gifts must be ordered by 12pm EST on December 13th.

Express Shipping Delivery in 3-4 business days Express Shipping: To have your gifts delivered by December 24th with Express Shipping, please place your order by 12pm EST on December 19th.
If you want to add a touch of personalization, your gifts must be ordered by 12pm EST on December 18th.
Full price for CAD$ 50.00
Delivery times begin one business day after the order is placed. Visit My Order to check the most up-to-date status of your order.

Any applicable duties and import taxes will be calculated and added to your order total before you check out.
Shipping may be complimentary depending on active promotions – more information available within the product page.
All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

Can I choose a delivery date or time?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific date and time.
You can try to contact the courier directly to organise a possible delivery date.

Where is my order?

You can check the status of your order and track its delivery at any time. Enter the Order Number that you received via email in the Follow your Order page. If you are a registered user, you can find all information related to the order in your My Account page.

Where do you ship my order from?

We ship all orders from our U.S. distribution center.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated period, we suggest that you:

  • Check the order status: in the My Orders section for registered users; or by entering the Order Number from the confirmation email in the Follow your Order page
  • Check that the address indicated for the delivery is correct. 
  • In the case of a missed delivery please contact the courier.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, Poste Restante.
Orders made to any of these addresses will be canceled.
The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different country site than the delivery address will be automatically canceled. Please select the correct country site for your order from the link in the corner of every page.
