Return Policy
You can return any item purchased on the Montblanc e-boutique within 30 days of the delivery date. You can start the return process by following the below instructions:
- Fill out the Return Form in order to initiate your return
- Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.
- Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.
Personalised Montblanc items and Fragrances cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
Special Message: If you wish to return an item ordered from the Montblanc.com website and you ordered before September 15th, 2025 you will not be able to generate a return number using this webform. Instead, simply return your item using the pre-paid shipping label included in your original parcel. Please complete the returns invoice, entering your original order number included in your order confirmation in place of your return number.

Can I make an exchange?
Currently, the only way to exchange a product is to return it and make a new order.
I decided to keep my order, but have already completed the Return Form. What should I do?
We are glad you have decided to keep your purchase. Don't worry, you don't have to do anything and there is no need to contact us.
Can I use my own return service?
In order to return a Montblanc product purchased in our online boutique, simply use our returns area online and enter your order number to generate your return shipping label. Please do not return any Montblanc product using your own courier service as they may not have the necessary shipping and customs information, which may cause delays or seizure. Should you need further support, please contact your local Client Relations Centre using the 'Contact Us' page at montblanc.com.
I lost my return label. How can I get a new one?
If you have lost the pre-paid return label, plase contact your local Client Relations Centre for assistance and they will provide you with a replacement pre-paid label.
May I return an engraved or embossed creation?
Personalised Montblanc products cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
I lost one of my earrings or cufflinks, can I get a replacement?
We are very sorry to hear about the loss of one of your Montblanc earrings or cufflinks. We do not replace single earrings or cufflinks as they are only sold in pairs.
Where is my return?
You can check the status of your return at any time on the Follow your Return page.
Can I combine returns from different orders?
We recommend to use the respective pre-paid labels to return the creations of each order separately so that the return process is as smooth and quick as possible. You can find more information about our return procedures on the Return Policy page.
Refunds
Can I receive my refund on a credit card that is different from the one I used for the order?
For security reasons, we cannot refund a credit card that is different from the one used for the purchase.
Where can I check my refund status?
You can check the status on the Follow your Return page.
I want to return a gift. How does the refund work in this case?
If the order was paid with PayPal or a credit card, the amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made. For security reasons, we are not authorised to refund a different account.
