What do I do if my Montblanc piece is in need of service/repair?
We are pleased to assist you in case your Montblanc creation should be in need of service. To submit your repair request, please bring your creation to a Montblanc boutique or authorized retailer near you. Your creation will then be sent to our service center.

What is the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order and track its delivery at any time. Enter the Order Number that you received via email in the Follow your Order page.
You can also check the status of your order directly on the tracking page of your courier company. We use different couriers depending on the best service in your area. Please enter the tracking number you received with the shipping confirmation email to see the progress of your delivery.

Can I return a creation that I purchased at Montblanc e-boutique to a Montblanc boutique?
You can return items purchased at Montblanc e-boutique to a boutique within 14 days, just follow the steps listed below:
Create your return by logging in your Montblanc account.
Make sure the items are in the original condition, all tags and packaging included
Put the items into the original box (or another sturdy box) and bring them to one of our boutiques, along with the delivery note and the return label, both included in the original package.
The courier will collect your package from the boutique within one working day. We normally process returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. Should your return comply with our Return Policy, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund for your return has been issued.
You can only return items within the same country the parcel was delivered. Stores in different countries will not be able to accept your returns.
