Montblanc Boutiques

You may find the opening times for our boutiques or authorised retailers on the Store Locator page. Alternatively, you can also use the google map location tool that will help you find the nearest boutique along with the hours of operation.

You can book an appointment at a Montblanc boutique to discover our collection and receive assistance from our dedicated staff.

Book an appointment, choosing the boutique and entering your information. You will be contacted by our staff to choose the time and date of your appointment.

The service is complimentary and is already available in some selected boutiques.

We currently cannot display which services are offered in each boutique. We recommend you contact the boutique of your choice directly. Our sales associates will be happy to assist. All our boutiques and dealers can take your Montblanc creation and forward it to our service center for repair or personalization.

If the Montblanc Boutique does not have the stock available on the creation you wish to purchase and it is available online, you may place an order with the help of our specialized staff in some selected Montblanc boutiques. Simply select the items you want and provide your details and shipping address: our staff will do the rest.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details, and another email when your order is sent.


Personalisation & Gifts

We offer personalisation services for many writing instruments, leather creations as well as for our in-ear headphones. For online purchases, we offer free personalization that can be customized and added directly during purchase process on our website. If you buy a creation at a Montblanc boutique and would like to personalise your creation at the moment of purchase, the personalization also will be done free of charge.

For writing instruments we generally  offer 13 characters for cap engraving and 3 characters for clip engraving. You can explore engraving options for your creation during purchase process on the website and select the typography online with the help of the virtual mock-up of your creation. If the engraving options offered on the website are not sufficient for you  (for instance, if you wish a multi-line engraving or a left-handed engraving), we invite you to contact our Montblanc ambassadors directly to explore more personalization options for your creation.

Please note that some creations can not be personalized. To learn if your creation can be personalized, contact us online or visit a Montblanc boutique or authorized retailer of your choice.

No, gift vouchers cannot be purchased at Montblanc e-boutique. However, we do offer gift vouchers in our boutiques. Find a boutique near you.

We offer various options in our personalisation service. In general, the engraving or embossing will be done in the colour that matches the fittings. You may also opt for "blind" engraving or embossing which means without colour. To learn more about Personalisation options for your writing instrument or leather creation, please visit your nearest boutique or contact us. 

Items purchased on Montblanc e-boutique come in the characteristic Montblanc packaging, or in other special packaging. Should you wish, you can select the corresponding option for gift wrapping when you place your order. The only exceptions are for calendars and ink refills.

You can also add a card with a message for each item in your order (except refills).  

Kindly note that if you have forgotten to add gift wrapping at the time of ordering, it will not be possible to add it to your order later.
