As part of their limited Icona range, Ferrari has introduced the powerful Daytona SP3, a car with a strong lineage to the company’s racing heritage and winning spirit.
A cutting-edge design with historical roots
Ferrari’s racing team made an astonishing win of all three top places at the 24 Hours of Daytona race in 1967. This spectacular moment is celebrated in the new Daytona SP3 model, part of Ferrari’s Icona range paying homage to the company’s deep racing heritage. Capturing the essence of the SP3’s spirit, the Maison has collaborated with Ferrari Design Centre and his Chief Design Officer Flavio Manzoni on the Stilema SP3, a striking extension of the ground-breaking design.
The body of the Stilema SP3 is crafted from light and durable titanium, a highly premium material that mirrors Ferrari’s heritage in Italian coachbuilding. Its form mimics the sinuous lines of the car and its immense power.
The signature flourish of the new writing instrument, the blade is formed from a reflective precious red resin, capturing the energy of the fluid taillights of the Daytona SP3. An eye-catching contrast against the grey titanium of the chassis.
A specially developed filling mechanism is hidden inside the body, revealing itself as the blade is extended, beautifully extruded in the shape of the Montblanc emblem down the length of the pen.

Chassis
Body made of high grade Titanium. Manufactured by a high end cutting process and a special surface treatment. Forepart, cone mechanism and MB-emblem are made of 750 white gold.
Blade
Formed from precious red resin, the blade extends to provide greater length when writing.
Nib
Crafted out of solid white gold with the distinctive Montblanc emblem and a unique ‘SP3’ engraving.
Grip
Ridges on the titanium grip allow for a firmer hold when writing.
