You may request a repair or care service in-person or online. For in-person, bring your Montblanc product to a Montblanc boutique. Please use our Store Locator tool to find your nearest boutique.

Please follow the packing and shipping instructions found in the link above. Generally, we recommend that any shipments to us include certified delivery and insurance. We are not liable for any lost or stolen items.

In order to obtain a repair service covered under warranty, the Montblanc product must be accompanied with a copy of the International Guarantee Certificate found on the back of the Service Guide that was included with the product at the time of purchase, duly completed, dated, stamped and signed by an authorized Montblanc boutique or authorized Montblanc dealer. If the product was purchased on Montblanc.com, please include a copy of the Warranty Card that was included with the product at the time of purchase.
